My husband and I (and kids but more on that in a minute) LOVE LOVE
LOVE LOVE LOVE our bed and we get tons of compliments on it. An
exceedingly finicky shopper, I admired this bed for months before
finally saving up enough money to buy it (and to afford the upgrade to
a king size mattress too). We have a [very heavy] latex mattress on
the platform and really appreciate that this very solid bed can easily
handle both the cumbersome mattress and all that we put it through.
When we bought the bed, our son was a very active toddler and our
daughter was on the way. Eric and I agreed one of our most pressing
investments at that time in our lives had to result in better sleep.
We remind each other a couple of times a week how smart that
investment was.
Even better than the high quality of our well made and beautiful bed
was the customer service that came along with it. We bought the bed,
knowing we didn’t have the space to use it until we moved into our new
house several weeks later. It was close to moving day – long after
the bed arrived – that I opened the boxes to find two broken pieces.
The customer service staff and craftsmen that spoke with me really
took an extra effort to understand what might have happened, to be
individually accountable for his/her part of the production and
service process, and to ultimately replace the parts. They did this
all free of charge, and very graciously. I really felt like your
company stands behind your products in a way that few others do these
days.
Now, nearly two years later, we are ALL – Eric, Max, Maeve and me –
grateful to have THIS bed. It’s a magical place for our whole family,
from which we learn a lot about parenting. It’s amazing how many
stories that bed has accumulated in less than two years. And we
absolutely love it.
Like so many kids, Max and Maeve love to jump on our bed more than
just about any other activity. I didn’t have it in me to promote
jumping on our bed by taking a picture of them (even for a set of new
sheets), so I attached the next best thing.
