My husband and I (and kids but more on that in a minute) \u00a0LOVE LOVE
\nLOVE LOVE LOVE our bed and we get tons of compliments on it. An
\nexceedingly finicky shopper, I admired this bed for months before
\nfinally saving up enough money to buy it (and to afford the upgrade to
\na king size mattress too). \u00a0We have a [very heavy] latex mattress on
\nthe platform and really appreciate that this very solid bed can easily
\nhandle both the cumbersome mattress and all that we put it through.
\nWhen we bought the bed, our son was a very active toddler and our
\ndaughter was on the way. \u00a0Eric and I agreed one of our most pressing
\ninvestments at that time in our lives had to result in better sleep.
\nWe remind each other a couple of times a week how smart that
\ninvestment was.<\/p>\n

Even better than the high quality of our well made and beautiful bed
\nwas the customer service that came along with it. \u00a0We bought the bed,
\nknowing we didn’t have the space to use it until we moved into our new
\nhouse several weeks later. \u00a0It was close to moving day – long after
\nthe bed arrived – that I opened the boxes to find two broken pieces.
\nThe customer service staff and craftsmen that spoke with me really
\ntook an extra effort to understand what might have happened, to be
\nindividually accountable for his\/her part of the production and
\nservice process, and to ultimately replace the parts. They did this
\nall free of charge, and very graciously. \u00a0I really felt like your
\ncompany stands behind your products in a way that few others do these
\ndays.<\/p>\n

Now, nearly two years later, we are ALL – Eric, Max, Maeve and me –
\ngrateful to have THIS bed. \u00a0It’s a magical place for our whole family,
\nfrom which we learn a lot about parenting. \u00a0It’s amazing how many
\nstories that bed has accumulated in less than two years. \u00a0And we
\nabsolutely love it.<\/p>\n

Like so many kids, Max and Maeve love to jump on our bed more than
\njust about any other activity. \u00a0I didn’t have it in me to promote
\njumping on our bed by taking a picture of them (even for a set of new
\nsheets), so I attached the next best thing.<\/p>\n
